Club Duration



We start practices in early June and go to the end of July for the USATF Junior Olympic Meet.



Practice Times



Sprints/Hurdles/Jumps and Throws will practice from 3:30-6 at Lake Park East or West Campus. Vault Practice is from 6-8pm at Lake Park West Campus indoors.



Ages



Our summer club that goes from June to July is for incoming freshman to graduated seniors (Ages 14-18). We also offer a 2 week camp that concludes with a meet for the younger athletes (6-14).



Youth 8 Day Camp



Our 8 day camp that concludes with an optional meet. Camp schedule is below. The times for this camp are from 2-3:30pm and all practice are held at Lake Park East Campus unless otherwise stated.

Sprints/Jumps/Throws

Due to construction the sprinters/jumpers and hurdlers will start at East for June and after the 4th of July holiday will be back to West. The throws will remain at West all summer. Practice times are 3:30-6pm. We will be outside and inside so bring appropriate clothing and food/drinks.



Pole Vault

Vault practice will be at Lake Park West Campus. We will be inside mostly in the Fieldhouse next to the football field. Please bring appropriate clothing and food/drinks. Practice time is from 6-8pm.



Youth Camp



Click on the picture to the left to see the 8 day camp schedule and dates



We will be at Lake Park East Campus for the Youth Camp. The practice times are from 2-3:30pm. We will be outside all of the time so please have your athletes come prepared with proper clothing and food/drink.
